Dr. Kaplan’s Philosophy

SENSITIVITY (UNDERSTANDING and CARING ABOUT THE PATIENT)
I am committed to treating each patient with the consideration and sensitivity that I would for my own family. I carefully consult with each patient in order to understand his/her unique surgical objectives, aesthetic preferences and emotional needs.

SCIENCE (SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLES and TRAINING)
There are many different surgical procedures that are available to treat each problem. Furthermore there are new techniques that are frequently being introduced. It takes experience and sound scientific background to choose the appropriate procedure. I take time and effort and use my experience and judgment to choose the best surgery for your specific problem.

SURGICAL SKILL (ARTISTIC APPRECIATION and TECHNICAL PRECISION)
The success of plastic surgery begins with understanding the aesthetics of facial harmony and of a natural appearance. With this vision of the artistic endpoint, I use technical precision to achieve the best possible result.

SAFETY (OPTIMAL CONDITIONS)
“Primum non nocere” – “never do harm” is my underlying philosophy.
